Group of 5 for Disney and Universal

I will have a group of 5 (3 kids-ages 11, 9 and 7) and we will be visiting Disney and Universal and need a hotel recommendation. I would like somewhere that has transportation to parks, and budget friendly options are always appreciated!

There won't be many who shuttle you to both parks.
Many that offer shuttles charge a fee.
Most that offer require you to book a reservation on the bus.

I have NOT stayed here but have seen others happy with it.

Hopefully someone who has can pipe in.
They say they have a shuttle to both and it is included in your nightly rate.

I would go with Residence Inn Lake Buena Vista. There are different room combinations. All the rooms have a sofa bed. They have have a wonderful included breakfast. They offer shuttles to both parks. Keep in mind the off site shuttles don't run as often and the drop off points suck.

If you want cheap then Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista.

Just my opinion, but I would NEVER do US/IoA without staying onsite at one of the hotels that gets you in an hour early AND "front of line" access. It is worth the price of the resort.
