Group downsizing...

We are going in January and had 11+ 1 infant going. I reserved all the restaurants based on this. Now since 2 just decided they don't have enough money, there will be 9 and no infant. Do I need to call and change the number for the reservations or is that something that can be done at the desk since there is still a large group and probably won't change the table size?

We're in this same predicament. Many of our meals are CC holds so we need to cancel but are worried about it changing our times.

Will calling dining and downsizing do this??

BTW, if it were me and it wasn't meal with a CC hold, I'd say no, don't bother calling.....That might get me flamed, but o well......

Well I mean I'm not thinking our table sizes will change bc there's still 9 of us.

I called dining last night to down size from 12 to 9. It took about 10 mins to change the number and I had to change 6 reservations. The resevation number did not change just the number of people. Then I went on line to check my resevations and printed the updated sheet. It was not a problem.
