Group Dining Help

I will be taking a group to the National Beta Convention in June 2017. Because we are staying at the Swan and Dolphin, we are not eligible to purchase dining plans. Can someone tell me the best way to plan for meals? Thanks in advance.

Make reservations, and then get separate checks.

How many in your group? Is this convention for adults or kids? Are you planning to eat all your meals together? Table Service or Counter Service?
