Hi again! We are going on the magic on 1/22. We always seem to travel in January and it is my oldest son's 10th birthday. Because the other 2 children always lose out, we thought we'd have a combined birthday celebration for all of them and have one group cake.

Anyone ever do this? Will the poor servers be able to handle it? How do you confirm that you will have a cake/celebration on a certain night? Head Waiter?

Thanks, Mike

We love celebrations!! Why have a group birthday??? We always celebrate someone or something a couple of nights! For example, on our 4 ngt disney cruise, we celebrated our anniversary one night and my sister-in-laws anniversary one night.

For our 7 ngt West Coast Cruise, we told our TA we wanted to celebrate each of our 3 boys birthdays on different nights. That way each boys gets their own special attention and recognition. Even though 1 birthday is in March, 1 in June and 1 in July, it doesn't matter. The servers love to celebrate also...

Enjoy yourself and celebrate all you want. Just let your ta know now so they can get it on the official schedule...

Thanks for the great ideas! I felt kinda funny even doing it since it isn't their 'official' days but that sounds very nice. I'll ask them to schedule these in the three different restaurants also. I'm on it - I'm always up for a party too!
