Ground Transfer from Disney Resort

We have booked ground transportation from our Disney Resort to Port Canaveral. Does anyone know approx what time they pick up at the resorts?

We used this service in 2014 and I seem to remember it being around 12:30 but that seems late.

We're sailing on the Fantasy and staying at All Star Movies.

Any recent experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Pick up times can vary anywhere from 9:30 to noon. It depends on how many people are requiring transfers from what resorts.

Since the restart, transfers from WDW resorts have been much earlier than in the past. Some report meeting in the lobby as early as 8:30. How early they arrive at the port does depend on how many guests at each resort - if there is a full bus from home just your resort it will s possible to be at post before the terminal officially opens.

This is great news, thanks!! We enjoy going to the ship early so look forward to hopefully being picked up earlier than we had anticipated we might.

3 weeks ago, we were picked up at AKL at 8:15, we then stopped at all 3 All-Stars and left Sports about 9:30 to head to the ship.

3 weeks ago at BLT, luggage was picked up at 7am, we met the DCL rep at 8:45am and were picked up at 9:15am. We stopped at Wilderness Lodge before heading to the port. We arrived at the port at about 10:45am.

3 weeks ago, we were picked up at AKL at 8:15, we then stopped at all 3 All-Stars and left Sports about 9:30 to head to the ship.

Woof, seems rough with all those stops. You had a little over 2 hours on the bus I assume

It was fine. We were headed for a cruise, so nothing to be unhappy about!

We were picked up at 8:45 in August with one quick stop and we arrived at port before 10:30.

We met at 8:45 at All-Star Movies in August. Our bus was running late but we pulled away 9:50 and were the last stop. We arrived at the port at 11:00 and walked onboard at noon (boarding group 4).

We got a letter in our Riviera room stating that luggage would be picked up at 7am (bellman knocked on our door precisely at 7am). The letter also said to meet at the Voyageur's Lounge at 8:30 for 9am departure. The bus made one additional stop at Beach Club. We arrived at Port Canaveral about 10:30 and boarded about 11:15 (our Port Arrival form had an 11-11:15 expected boarding time for group 3).
