ground from Port to Universal/Universal to airport

Cruise is paid for. Hyatt the night before is booked. ground from MCO to the port is taken care of. Two nights at Universal after the cruise (the 17 year old wants to see Harry Potter).
One last item to take care of--I need ground transportation for 3 people from the Port to Universal, and then to the airport two days later. I have no desire to rent a car at Universal.
Recommendations? There are 3 of us.

We used fltours for Uni to port then to airport.

How about renting from Hertz at PCC to get you to US? Hertz has rentals at US resorts. We rented from Hertz at Hard Rock Hotel at US and dropped it off at PCC. It worked out very well.

From US to MCO, I suggest taking a taxi.

We have always used Tiffany Towncar and had great service.

I usually take one of the towncars that sit outside the Universal resorts from Universal to the airport. It is just so easy to be able to leave without any pre-planning. I paid $55 or 60 after tip last time.
