Has anyone ever stayed at this DTD Hotel? From what I have read in the catalogs and a little online, it sounds like a nice place to stay. I have been able to get a pretty good rate on this one and was interested in checking it out. Any help would be appreciated! :sunny: ::MickeyMo

We stayed there in 2004 and enjoyed being there for a few days. We prepaid online but paid extra at the desk in order to get a tower view room. They let us inspect the pool area rooms and after reading those reviewed here, we didn't want to stay in them. If you have young kids and want to watch them at the pool, maybe they would be OK, but I also thought it could be dangerous with the children opening the outside door and running to the pool. After all our onsite stays, this was a treat to see Downtown Disney from up high as well as watching various firework displays from our room. The room itself was spacious and clean and we were even near the elevators and didn't have any problems with noise. Ww walked to Downtown Disney for most meals. We as emptynesters would stay there again.

We only paid $55 a night and felt it was too much (we were not in the tower). We won't be going back.
