Grocery Stores

Does anyone know if there are grocery stores near WDW? Walmart or anything else?

Near world hotel drive is a goodies and up the road is a winndixie. The walmart is a good distance away(at least 15 min drive without traffic.) There is a Publix around there too I believe when you turn off of 27 to 190. We are DVCer's and use the Winn Dixie. Its a bit cheaper than Goodies, however the gourmet selection at Goodies was better.

Does anyone know where Walgreens is? We will be staying at Comfort Inn (Palm Parkway, Lake Buena Vista) and have been told there is a walgreens in the area. Does anyone know its proximity to the Comfort Inn???

Have not been to WDW in over two decades and really am clueless! The DIS boards have been invaluable in trip planning.

Hopefully the link comes out but if it doesn't all you need to do is head back down Palm Parkway to Apoka Vineland. Turn Right, go a block or two and it is on your left sandwiched between two restaurants.


Grocery Stores, there is a very good Publix on Sand Lake Road, though a bit of a drive(10-15mins on I-4) , in my opinion better then the Win Dixie and cheaper then Goodings.
