Grocery Stores & Microwave at CBR

Hello! Can someone please direct me to the closest and least expensive grocery shop to WDW.

Also, is there a microwave I might use at CBR to make popcorn in the evenings?

I believe there is a microwave in the Food Court (but not 100% positive). The closest grocery store is probably Goodings but is the MOST expensive. Are you planning on getting a bunch of groceries or just a few things? We used WeGoShop.com. They were very good and bought everything we asked for. I think they charge a $15 delivery fee. There is a Publix fairly close but I'm not sure where it is. I hope this helps some.

I'm 100% certain there is a public-use microwave in the CBR food court.

I got a delivery from Gooding's (www.goodings.com) and really liked the service. $10 flat fee, $50 minimum. The best part is, you don't need to wait around for or even schedule the delivery. They deliver to Bell Services (BS) and then BS delivers to you whenever you're good and ready. You don't have to wait around wasting time waiting for a grocery delivery. BS even keeps the cold stuff cold for you.

Any delivery service HAS TO be cheaper than a taxi ride to a grocery store. Of course, if you have a rental car, that's a different story. Then, it just becomes a matter of asking yourself if you want to take the time out of your vacation to wander around a strange grocery store and wait in line.

There is a nice Publix Market jsut a few miles away. From CBR head toward AllStar Resorts and get on Osceola Parkway Eastbound. Go about two miles until you see the (huge!) Gaylord Palms Resort on your right. Turn right at the light, and go about 1/4 mile, Publix is on the left before you get to the next light. Publix is a very popular market known for their selection, cleanliness, and reasonable prices. We like them a lot. www.publix.com

Also, FYI, you can rent a microwave from A Baby's Best Friend in Orlando. They will deliver right to your resort.
