Grocery Stores in Orlando - any affiliated to Safeway-for discount with Safeway card

Any of the major supermarkets in the Orlando region affiliated with Safeway, so one can enjoy the discounts offered through the Safeway card?

If you shop at Publix, you don't need a store card to get the sale prices.

I'm not sure if there are Safeway stores in Orlando.

I did look at the web site. It lists the names of Safeway, and all other grocery chain affiliates. However, there is no user-friendly way of telling from the web site if any of the affiliates are located in the Orlando region - I know for a fact that Safeway itself is not located there.

PS-Do any of the other chains offer a "discount" card, like the Safeway card, that gives significant discounts, to the quoted base prices?

we got a winn-dixie card last year. We just signed up at the register when we checked out.
