Grocery Delivery

I'm looking at using Garden Grocer to get some bottled water, breakfast items, snacks, etc. for our July trip. I've never used this service before. Do we have to be there to get the order, or do they leave it with bell services? Does Garden Grocer have the cold items packed in a cooler or something so we don't have to worry about being a hurry to get the order picked up? Thanks!

Having used Amazon Prime Pantry I know that experience, which I'm sure is similar - you do not have to be there at delivery and bell services will put your stuff in a fridge for you until you're ready to pick it up or have it sent to your room.

We used Garden Grocer in the past, you do not have to be there, they will leave the items with bell services. Bell services has refrigerators and freezers and will keep stuff where it needs to be. That being said, we have recently started using Dizzy Dolphin for grocery delivery and have found their prices to be better.

They will deliver to bell services if you are not there. Bell services will keep cold items cold and deliver your order to your room when you call them. I usually get a text from GG while on the plane that the order has been delivered.

You don’t have to be there. The resort takes it. Even the cold stuff and brings it up to you when you call

Had mine brought up at 2am. No issues

Thanks for your quick responses. Sounds a lot easier than trying to pack a bunch of stuff. I will check into Amazon and Dizzy Dolphin as well!

Other people have reported success with Instacart too...I plan to try that one myself for our trip in October. Some differences and pros/cons for all, but we used Amazon Prime Now last trip and it worked great. Instacart will allow you to purchase alcohol, whereas some of the other services will require you to be there to pick it up, fax a copy of your ID, etc. Just have to research some of the nuances for each service.
