Grocery delivery to our townhouse?

We will be staying in a townhouse at Terra Verde this January.

I've read on here before about having groceries delivered to your condo/townhouse. I've never used that type of service before. Do you have to physically be there to accept the delivery? We won't be arriving until late at night, and definitely don't want to purposely sit there to wait on a grocery delivery. I'd rather just go shopping than do that.

What happens with deliveries if you aren't at "home"? Thanks!

I've scheduled a delivery from Garden Grocer as late as 9:30pm. But you must be there to accept the delivery. If you're getting in later than that I recommend you just hit the Wal-Mart on 192 or schedule it for the next day during your down time.
