Grocery Delivery Handling Fee

For me, $5 isn’t a big deal for the convenience. However, I’d like to know where it’s going. It should be going to the Bell Services staff for handling it and I’d have no issue if it is. If not, then I do have an issue with it.

Planning to place an order GG for the first time, any tips?

This is what I tried to say upthread - I have no issue with the $5 fee as I always tipped at least that to bell services (and still will). But many folks don't tip when there is a fee involved so I feel that the people who are actually doing the work may be getting "shorted" with this new fee.

Are the items limited to groceries or are strollers and ECV's also included in this new charge?

I don't like this.
Featured rental companies pay Disney so they and their customers can use Bell Services for delivery/return. Disney would raise the fees to the vendors, not also charge customers.

Non-featured companies don't use Bell Services becahse/and they don't pay a fee. Nothing left with or swapped at Bell Services, so no fee.

If your order is coming from Garden Grocer, Instacart or another grocery service it is a $5.00 flat fee. It is the order's coming UPS, FedEx etc. that the fee is per box.
Thanks. I’ve used Garden grocer in the past so will probably stick with them and that will be fine.
