first post ever...here!
We're staying at Fort Wilderness cabins in July for a week. We're flying in so no ground transportation. Any advice about how to get to a grocery store in Kissimee? Is the supply store at the campgrounds reasonably priced?

check out gardengrocer.com or wegoshop.com both are shopping services that will deliver to the resort.

prices are a bit high at the meadows trading post. Good for back up, but not that great of a deal.

If you scroll down the board list, there's one for "camping at ft wilderness"... good bunch of people over there to help you with anything relating to the fort.

either one of those two websites should serve your purpose and many people here seem to use them.
