Groceries delivered to All Star Sports

I am staying at All Star Sports in May and it has been a few years since our last visit.. is the grocery delivery still the same.. delivered to bell services and you pick them up there.. also are there any charges for them holding the groceries until we get to the hotel from the airport. And best service to use?? Thanks in advance
