Can you ask to wait for front row on Gringotts like you can on some of the coasters? Our first ride we lucked out into the front and some of the effects were so much better, IMO, than from the back. Our other rides were all SR so we took what we could get. If we wait in the regular queue we would be willing to wait an additional X minutes for front row but only if it wouldn't be disruptive to the boarding process or inconvenience others.

Yes you can but as always you can refused. We do it all the time.

You can ask, but they don't have to accommodate. We tried and were told no .We saw other people ask and they were also told no. For us, it Turned out we liked the back more since you are higher up for the drop.Doesnt hurt anything to ask

We do it all the time and have never been refused. I always ask if we "can wait for a front row" to make it clear that we don't mind waiting. We do have a six year old with us (it's harder for him to see from the back) so that might make them more accommodating.

Yep, if you ask in that manor, Can we wait for front row? they normally say no problem.

I do this on Hulk but we ask for second row.

Also on RRR the same thing with front row. We just stand off to the side where the incoming track is.

This is why I posted yes but there is always a chance they can say no, but it has been extremely rare for us.

Every single time we rode during our last visit, we asked if we could wait for the front row and were never once denied. We were simply told to stand to the side and wait for one of the next vehicles, which we did. We absolutely LOVE the 1rst row on Gringotts! Of course, we were there in November, so the wait time wasn't too bad. Perhaps the people who were refused were there during a peak occupancy time/day. One thing for sure: nothing ventured, nothing gained, so definitely ask!

As I said, we were told no when asked if we could wait.We were there Jan 18-23 .It wasn't busy but there were ALOT of tour groups at the time
