I don't know if anyone else wondered about this--couldn't find other posts on the board--but thought I'd mention it.
I exchanged/purchased Gringotts dollars in Diagon Alley on my trip last week and asked at the time if they were valid at Hollywood, now that Hogsmeade is open there. No one knew, so this morning I called Guest Services in Orlando, who very kindly called Hollywood because they didn't know either.
The answer is no, they are not, which is OK. I had thought they'd make a fun gift for my grandnieces who are going to Hollywood next month. So now I'll just have to keep them for myself to use in the fall.
The exchange was actually fun and I hope to work on a good question for the banker next time.
