Green Grotto Caves?

My hubby and I will be doing the WC for our next cruise and will be stopping in Jamaica (so excited!!!!). We've been looking at excursions and thought that the Green Grotto caves look really beautiful and interesting. Has anyone done this excursion?

I did this excursion 18 years ago and I thought it was a pretty neat tour. I wanted to take my kids the last time we were in Jamaica on a cruise but the cruise line had a age restriction to 7 and the cave itself imposed a minimum age of 4. (my kid was two months shy of 4 at the time). But next time we are in Jamaica on a cruise I will go again.
