Does anyone have a person and address where I can wirte about the superb service I received from this CM.
We were lookign for a blown glass figure "Mickey Palm Tree" that my son had purchased years ago in DD at Arribas. We went there and they did have it any longer. When passing thorugh Germany we noticed that the had a store there. We asked about the Mickey Palm Tree and the CM "Elfriede" told me that they didn't have it but she could call the warehouse on Monday (It was Saturday) and see if they had one. She gave me her phone number and told me to call her Monday. When I called she said she was sorry but she could not find one. I thanked her for all her trouble and I thought that was it.
When I got home a week later there was a message on my home phone. It was Elfriede, she had located one and could ship it to me. We got it a few days later and my DSon was thrilled!
Who and where do I send a letter (or e-mail) about a CM in EPCOT?
