Great way to get your kids to eat their veggies

My ds7 and his best friend were eating their dinner one night (at church mind you- but they were quiet) and started playing Fear Factor when they had to eat their veggies. They were too funny. They'd eat it really fast then open wide to show it was gone. Tonight we had a Fear Factor contest to see who could eat their lima beans the fastest. I think they ate more tonight than they ever had before! Hey, whatever works!
