Your subject line caught my eye. I grew up as a Great Valley Girl Scout! Veteran of Camp Mosey Wood, Camp Wood Haven and the long-defunct Camp Na-Ba-Da; graduate of both the CIT and LIT programs, past member of a steering committee and primitive camping advisor to a Junior troop. Of course, that was all 20+ years ago, but I still have fond memories.

I grew up in the "suburbs" of Bath (Northampton School District), but was born and lived the first 4 years of my life in Reading. I now live in Northeastern PA (north of Scranton) and haven't had any involvement in Girl Scouts in quite some time. Sometimes I miss it, but I am heavily involved with the kids at church so I get my "fix" of activities.

You just brought back a lot of great memories. I sometimes wonder what happened to all those girls I had as campers at Wood Haven... and the people I worked with....
