Great turnaround by DVC after ROFR - Seller Side

I sold a VB contract via Timeshare Store and was bought back by Disney. It took me a while to get around to get all the paperwork signed and notorized. However, as soon as I sent the paperwork back, I think it was only a week for me to get their check. FAST turnaround!!! A check with Mickey on it.

I think I will sell my next contract on TUG and other places myself and save the commission.

Good point. We so often discuss things from the buyers point of view, yet most of us on this board are already owners. In this case ROFR worked well for one of us.
