just back, weather was great, a few storms, but overall great weather. We stayed at the dolphin for the first time, which we also enjoyed. Not sure if it is one of our favorites yet, its a little plain, but the location and price are wonderful. Ice cream at the fountain downstairs was also awesome.....
Loved the new little mermaid ride, when my DD and I rode it for the first time, our mouths just hung open.... its incredible.
Didn't get to eat at be our guest, but walked in and looked around. They allow you to do that 9-10am, just a peek not walk through the whole thing.
Very nice.
New expansion is wonderful, am looking forward to seeing it completed.
The tangled area is nice also. Wish they had done a little more than just bathrooms, but its still lovely. look across towards cottages area and they have hidden 10 of the little lizards from tangled. A cast member pointed it out to us. DD enjoyed finding all 10 of them.
Did not care for the new test track. I just enjoyed the idea of being a test track dummy. You also spend time creating your ownn car, then we got rushed into the car and did not even use ours. Just didn't care for the whole thing at all. I am sure some will like it, and that's what makes the world go round....
Overall a great trip, hot and lots of people but we still enjoyed our selves.
mY DD, 11 has an interesting observation this trip. She saw all the children crying and asked me " If this is such a wonderful place for children, why are they all crying?" I explained that they were hot and tired but I still thought it a funny observation. Also saw a set of parents with a screaming kid on the side of them, talking to each other and not doing anything with the little girl. Now this was first thing in the morning. That does get old after a while listening to a kid screaming while the parents just sit there.
Honestly after 5 days of the heat and the people, I have had enough... till next time... lol
