Next time, stop at the hostess booth on your way out and ask if you can speak to the manager on duty to give feedback about a great experience. Some of the restaurants have cards that you can fill out and they pick one a month to award a prize to the CM, but in every case it makes a difference for the CM if his/her manager knows the good feedback. Doing it right then and there assures that the message is received and that it has positive ramifications for the CM.
