Great News!!!!!!

Just received an email from Disney with a pin number.
I just signed up for My Disney Vacation Beta last week at
http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/index - located at the top of the page. They email said rates starting at 84.00 a night but when I called this morning she gave me the All Stars Movie for 59.00 a night for 10 nights.

I have been reading about these email on this site for a long time and when I got one late last night I was so excited. The funny thing was that the dates it is valid for were the dates I stated under My Disney Vacation Beta last week. Give it a shot and good luck.

Thanks to everyone who takes the time to inform us of great finds. It finally paid off for me.

She asked me if I wanted a package, but I declined. I can get the park tickets cheaper at ticketmania.com. I am more of a do it yourself planner. It makes it more fun for me. Good Luck. Also I ordered the vacation planning kit.

I just got one of these emails after requesting a vacation planner. Mine says $77/night for a value. It gives no dates at all and no pin number. When I call, what should I ask for? I'd love to get the value for $59, but $77 is okay too, I guess.

This is so strange. I got almost exactly the same email this morning because I recently requested the new vacation planning kit. The only difference is that mine says "value resorts from $77 to $114 per night" and doesn't give any dates. There is no PIN number anywhere on the email.
The really strange part is that when everyone was talking about the last PIN that someone posted, I checked with my DU agent and she called for me. They told her that there was a pin in their system for me, so I got WL upgraded from standard to courtyard view for $173 per night, including tax. I had booked at AAA discount, I don't remember the rate, but I saved over $200 with the code. ANYWAY... I still haven't actually seen an email with my code, so I was so excited to actually get an email, but still no actual PIN. I'm taking their word for it though, I trust my DU agent!

I called today because of another post that recommended to check under your name. I did and got the room only rates of $74/104 a night. Worth checking into!

I also requested the vacation planner a couple of weeks ago and have not received an email. I believe the email offer depends on how you answer the questions...if you answer certain questions a certain way then you receive the offer.

I got one pushing the Animal Kingdom Lodge specifically with $320/night. good from 4/17/05 - 7/4/05

I think it was for Savannah view because the standard views were cheaper than that when I checked the rates (unless I saw it wrong, I just looked quickly as this is not a resort that we want to stay at) and it mentions "benefits like Savannah views, fine dining, and spacious accomodations"

There was no PIN number or anything, just basically one telling me my planning video was on it's way with this added to it.

Thats all they offer is a discount at a "value" resort? Ewww then i'm glad I didn't get that email, cause it would go to waste.

I just called about the email I got associated with ordering the trip planning DVD. I was told that it is just an advertisement, b/c $77/night is rack rate for the Value resorts during value seasons. She quoted me $99 + tax for Pop at the end of April No other discounts or codes associated with my name. Oh, well. I'll keep hoping for another code or AP discounts.

I don't know about anyone else, but the Disney site is soooo slow. I have been waiting about 5 minutes and still haven't gotten onto the BETA site.
