Great news for UK DVC members. They now have an 0800 number for us to use when making reservations. The number is 0800 890011.

It's wonderful news. On my last phone bill I had over £40 of calls to DVC when trying to make an II exchange! I have also noted that the times we are kept waiting are shorter recently.

I think the UK "800" number depends on who you have as a carrier - PamOKW posted all 3 numbers sometime back; maybe she can post a link to that thread.

I can't seem to find the thread. The Member Site (under Member News) has a list of toll free phone numbers for use in England (different for British Telecom, Mercury and AT&T Phones), Scotland & Wales, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Venezuela. It suggests members from other countries contact MS as they do have additional numbers available.

I won't post the actual list of numbers from the site but they're up for members who would use them.

I forgot about the other numbers. Pam is quite right in not posting a link. BT is the main telecommunication provider over here and for anyone using another provider, please go to www.disney.com, click vacations then disney vacation club and use your user name and password from the guidebook. If anyone is struggling, I will post the other numbers but, not the link.

I am not sure if we dial this number with or without the US code but, will report on this when I try on Monday.

Cinderella, you don't need the 001 international code once you have got through on the toll free access number - you then dial the 1 800 number for MS.
