She's got a 40% off code attached to her name. :thumbsup2 But, she was told she can only use it for 1 room.:sad1:
We are 7 traveling together. CM looked up options for fitting 7 people in somewhere and nearly lost her pants when she told my SIL the price. 6 nights for a 2 bedroom villa at Saratoga for $2470.50 including tax. I KNOW this is a good deal but it's more than what we were going to pay at a value.

I can't believe that all the lurking I do on these boards that I never realized that you can't book more than one room. :guilty:

People have booked 3 rooms with this code. Maybe if she books one room for herself and lists her husband in the second room she can book another room. Also have you looked at renting points for a DVC. It could be less than they quoted you for Saratoga.

I would call back, because I know there have been several people that booked more than one room with the discount.

I booked an 2nd room with the pin/code yesterday. I told the CM it was for my mom who would be travelling with us and I am paying (this is the truth) and she, the CM, had no problem. There was availability, she linked the ressies and I saved almost $700 on the reservation. :goodvibes

We are a family of 7 and I booked two rooms at POP with the code. I would have her call back.

I booked 3 rooms at WL in June 05. It was room only. Now it was thru a TA so she had everyones names that would be in each room. Since it was room only I only had to put down 1 night rate on each room, I did the depoist on one CC. But when we checked in they put each room on a separate card.

I booked 2 rooms for December with the code AND 1 room for October with it. So I know you can book more than one room. As a matter of fact you can book more than one vacation ;)

:confused3 I just knew it didn't sound right. I was on the phone conversation with my SIL but didn't want to interject since it was her deal and not mine. I told her that I've been scouring the boards for a while now and had not seen anyone else with this question. She'll be calling back today. We are booked now for ASMu for 5/26-6/2, do you think the room we have now could be used for the code since we were told no values are available? We are willing to move the dates. If not we have no problem moving to a moderate. It will only be about a $60 difference total.

Thank you again to ALL the Dis'ers. You know EVERYTHING (or can quickly find out).
:grouphug:

The dates for the 40% offer start on 5/28 for your current timeframe...so you'd have to move your stay back a couple of days.

and could not book more than one room with the code.:confused3 We had already booked our vacation with the code and then friends got the vacation time off they needed to come with us so I called to modify the ressie (add a room) and they would not let me. I thought that sounded odd as I have read here of others booking more than one room so I just said "Thank you", hung up and tried again (2 more times) and was told it had to be a whole seperate ressie and I could not get the discount. I had all the info on them (names, address, age of child, etc.) and they just would not let me do it. My friend did make a ressie anyway, and while my group is 2 A and 1 JR (dd15) and they are a group of 2 A and 1 child (6) she is paying about 200.00 more than us. We are doing a package with 8 day hoppers & dining. At this point my only hope for her (and us) is for some discount to come out. Free dining would be great! We are excited (as usual) though and are prepared to pay our current balances and have a great trip!:goodvibes
