Just got off the phone with Norma, who is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful CM I've had the pleasure of dealing with lo these many years, and I have had some wonderful CMs in my time. I called with great trepidation to change a reservation that was already complicated into something even more complicated (cash/points, DVC/DC, split preexisting ressie #s, and a bunch of other stuff). Norma handled everything impeccably and with the greatest of ease and attitude. Anyway, I know this should be the expectation, but it was so refreshing and exciting to deal with someone who hit on all cylinders beginning to end on a mess of a reservation, and such a relief, that I had to share. I will definitely be sending a positive review to the member satisfaction team. Thank you, Norma!

I dealt with Flo on an issue a couple of weeks ago and she was amazing. She even personally called me back a few days later when MS got everything sorted out that could not be taken care of on the initial call.
