According to the Disneyland website Lincoln and the Disney gallery are down till Friday, fortunately I am going next week and it appears to be open.. I couldn't find anything on the refurbishment schedule. I almost picked this week instead on next. I am glad I didn't it was down when I went in may too

Yeah, it's been down for a while. I'm glad Mr. Lincoln is coming back!
