Just wanted to share with board some positive news about MS. I think sometimes we go round and round on the board when a solution can be found quickly talking to MS. There tends to be complaining on some threads and no solution.
I had to call MS to assist with making changes to a resv. I had to have them combine part of a reservation, split part off (so I could easily change the back end if wait list on front end opens up). They also moved points around so I will be using points for one vacation (that is not 100% firm) to this UY so they are still bankable. They also assisted with waitlist adjustments and adding notes to reservation and wait list. This was also all done with 2 separate contracts. Due to the backend of the reservation being 7 months plus 1 day, I had to call back the next day to finish some parts of my request.
When on the phone I explained what I needed to do, and they knew exactly what needed to be done. I saw the changes show up immediately online when I refreshed the page while I was still on the phone. I called mid afternoon and mid morning, had no wait on one call and less than 5 minutes on the other.
I spoke with two different agents and would be happy to have them assist me again. I have already let MS know of the excellent service,
