I emailed DVC Member Satisfaction earlier this week about an issue, and received a call the next day. I have to say that after reading these boards of so many saying they never got a response, I was pleasantly surprised! I am not sure if it will make any difference, but at least I know someone has heard my issue and I am pleased with how they handled it. So, don't hesitate to email!
 
We've always had positive communication with MS - prayers & pixie dust must be working so far

I have e-mailed 4 times. Twice, I received written responses, the last two times I have received phone calls. I did not speak with the rep, but they left a number for me to call if I wanted to discuss.

My last two requests:
* Discounts on Magic Your Way tickets for folks who can't take advantage of APs
* Ability to book/guarantee certain sections at SSR (Springs, Grandstand, Congress Park, etc.)
