Just booked a 2-day rental with Dollar(picking up at Grosvenor Resort) for only $29.99/per day for a MINIVAN Going to the other parks and with 8 people, just couldn't pass this one up. Used the promo code "KISSE" and the rate code of "KISS"..

Just an fyi for anyone needing a car rental.

I see where to put the promo code in but where do you put the rate code?

personally, I didn't put in either code. I had had an email from Dollar about upcoming discounts, etc. and I just put in my dates and destination and that is what popped up. I guess if you just put in the first code the other one will pop up.

You can only enter a promo code and corporate ID code. Which one did you use???

I entered the promo code "KISSE". I wasn't seeing it on the regular reservation side, so went to the specials section (and they ask you if you have a promo code). thats where I entered it. good luck

Thanks! Put it in the promo code and got a dodge caliber, unilimited mileage for $136.14 tax and fees included for the week of April 14th. That's with picking up in Tampa and dropping off at Orlando.

thats a great rate!!! glad I could help. Yeh, it probably would have cost me about $100 each day for 8 people to go up to IOA/US and since we were going 2 different days, I saved a bundle. Just have the inconvenience of going to DTD to pick up the car and then return it there. But oh well. BTW, I have rented a caliber before, and really liked it. Lots of room in the back area.

I needed a minivan this year too because we're bringing my in-laws with us. I got it for $280 for a 9 day rental.

We are flying into Sanford on May 24th and out on June 3rd. We need a minivan because of our party size, but when I try any vehicle it says that there are none available. Do you think that it's because we're flying into Sanford? The cheapest rate that I have now is with the KISS2 code for $530.

Calebs'Mom...when are you going? That rate seems awfully high. We are going over Easter and I got the minivan for a week for $187. Give me your dates and I will play with some numbers. Oh..where are you getting your car from (airport??) and are you staying on-property?

I didn't have to give any credit card info. Just my name and email address I think. Not sure of the cancellation policy but since there is no credit card attached to the ressie I don't think it would matter much.

I had to cancel a Dollar ressie today and they will just send you a cancellation confirmation. No CC info was needed for ressie.
