GREAT deal on the Wii with 2 games in-store at Wal-mart Friday night!

Not only did they have this deal on Wii but they also had Ubuild Monopoly, Ubuild Connect 4 and Clue Secrets and Spies for $5 each. Our Walmart had $5 off coupons for Ubuild Monopoly so they only cost me tax. I ended up getting 6 games and gave 2 away to a friend for her grandkids. The others will go to my child and her teacher.

Wow things went fast, most of the items are out of stock already

Edited to say:

scratch that, just saw that these deals are actually available in the stores only not online :)

Thanks, OP, for this information!:worship:

I read the post around 9:40....hit Walmart at 10....all gone. Called a different Walmart and she had a "couple of white ones left". Zipped over there and saw people walking out with them...but she still had some!

My dss wanted one for his family...and we had just purchased a refurbished one from GameStop for $99 but we felt like we had to get another wiimote plus we wanted to get a game or two. It ended up being a much better deal to get the new one with 2 games included!! Now to get the used one back that we just sent down South for the holidays!!!

I'm glad that this thread helped some of you! We've had ours for a few years but I was very tempted to go out and get a second one last night it was such a good deal.

Thank you! :)

We already had one too, but had caved & gotten one for DD's room Black Friday with the $50 GC. Saving an additional $25 was very nice.

DH was there about 8 pm & checked to see if they had any red ones in stock, and the employee told him that they were already ringing up on sale.

After I read this I went out and picked up 4 of these games for 35 cents tax each. One for DS, one for a birthday party tomorrow, one for Toys for Tots and one to keep for a birthday in Jan. :cool1:

FYI-the coupons were on one of the shelves in the game aisle.

this was an awesome deal. we went to 2 Wal-Marts before we found one...we got the white. (all they had was white or black....fine w/ me!) We were going to wait till after the new year, but this was WAY too good to pass up. :thumbsup2

And to sweeten the deal, as we were walking away (after paying) another girl in the department told us to go to customer service, that they would price match Target's price of $ 177 !!! NO WAY!! so not only did we get the Wii for $199 w/ the $ 75 gift card, we wound up getting back $ 23.50 for the price difference. ( I've NEVER had a Wal-Mart employee tell me that there was a deal at Target and they would price match. she was a doll!!) :cool1:

Best Buy is matching Walmart's deal all weekend.

http://www.bby.com/2010/12/17/this-weekend-only-best-buy-offers-100-gift-card-with-purchase-of-sony-playstation-3-and-75-gift-card-with-purchase-of-nintendo-wii/

I went in today and as I looked at the display to see if there were any signs posted, an employee asked if I needed help so I showed him the printout of the above link. He called a manager about it and was told it's a valid deal but there might be an issue ringing it at the register. I bought the red Wii and the register prompted for the gift card without any issues. :yay:
