I got this in my email today and thought I'd pass it along. We did this deal in June and it worked great. Hotel was still under contstruction but we didn't hear noise as we were always out during the day. The hotel itself is very nice, rooms were upscale. We reserved a Disney View room and got a corner room on the 12th floor in one of the towers - it was awesome, looking over DTD and could see MGM in the distance. I do have pictures but unfortunately I'm under a couple of deadlines so it'll be a couple of weeks before I can do a trip report and get them posted - sorry. I did hear a couple of people complain about hearing noise in their rooms but we didn't.
The only complaint I had was the bus transportation - not good. Buses are supposed to come every 1/2 hour but sometimes they were full and we were supposed to wait for next bus? Nope, we gave up and walked across to DTD to catch a bus to the hotel nearest where we were going (CR for MK for example). This was a bit time consuming too though. Once when I wanted to get to MGM quick (for Star Wars weekend) we asked for a taxi and the valet directed us to a town car. It was $17 plus tip to go to MGM. We had our own car at night when DH would meet up with us (he was doing some training in Orlando) so we didn't have to deal with the buses on the way back. Now that schools are getting back in session full buses might not be such a problem.
We did six nights and got the $300 credit. We even used it at the Disney Store in the hotel - it was a sweet deal.
Hope it helps someone.
