This is a great offer that's announced on The DIS wdwinfo that Disney Visa card members get free dining plan.
I wish Disney rewards was available in the UK even though they have Chase bank in the UK they do have chase bank but it's just a numberless card and all numbers are in the app but you get 1% cashback but I still wish Chase bank had Disney rewards internationally too.
