Yes, all beverage purchases have a 15% gratuity added, but you are welcome to add more tip if you want.

We had a wonderful server Sandra on the Wonder last summer to Alaska. She explained that the automatic gratuity gets split amongst all the servers at the bar. Any extra tip you give goes 100% to that server. She really took great care of us so we usually added a $1-$2 on once we learned that later in the trip. She was really appreciative as that little money made a big difference for her. We also told her manager what a great job she was doing. Sandra explained that sometimes they could win a dinner in Palo is they had received some great reviews. Like I said, she really took great care of our group of 10.
