I looked for this but didn't see it. How is the gratuity added on? Is is "set" or is it adjustable?

If you have six people at the table, they'll automatically add an 18% gratuity. If you have fewer people, then you'll be in control of the amount.

Thanks - I saw something that I thought said automatic 20% was charged/added. If that was the case I needed to add to the budget. I usually do 15% for good service and 18% for great service.
The last time we were at WDW we weren't on the dining plan. We had a great server one day and I felt like I could ask her a personal question. I was wondering if the servers got to keep all the tips or if it went into some pool. She reported that she would share - at her discretion with her assistants - who were basically in training to be servers, BUT no money was automatically taken. This explains why there are some real Disney veterans serving at the table service - higher priced places. They make a nice living. HARD WORK at some more than others - ie Chief Mickey doesn't take orders or deliver food. But provided they get enough shifts, they can make a good living. (If people tip fairly). Probably more than the average WDW cast member.

Personal tipping habits is not a topic for discussion. Before this heads downhill, closing

Thank you
