Gratuitous transfer

Hey all....
DW's Gmom is giving us their DVC contract---- We did all the DVC stuff and have the waiver and all the apps from DVC. I read the other threads and don't really want (or don't have the time) to work this out myself like some of you did----- so who do I go to to take care of this? Went to a local title co. and they had no idea what I was asking for and said they couldn't do it...... Did I just pick the wrong company?
