We are staying at the Beach Club in March. We reserved the room for our family of four. My mother is coming to visit us at the hotel and I would like her to be able to park at the resort and join the kids at Stormalong Bay. Should I add her name as a guest in our room at check-in so she can do these things? I think they allow five in a room, so adding her name might make things easier. Any advice?

Disney charges $25 extra per adult per night for more than 2 adults in a deluxe hotel room. So it could cost quite a bit of money depending on how long you are staying if you add her name to the room. I just wanted to mention it in case you didn't know about the extra charge.

I know I was able to add friend of ours to a guest list at the AKL gate. They could park when they visited us. I don't know about swimming though because they just visited us and ate at Mara.
