For Harambe Nights Zazu sounds awesome!! I wonder who I could do with him? Rafiki maybe? Jeremy would probably like to do Lilo and Stitch! That ones sounds really fun too!!! Those are all Fantastic suggestions!! :goodvibes

I had been pondering for the first day at EPCOT for us to do Dreamfinder and Figment! I think that would be fun!!

Alrighty!! Today's movie for the countdown is a movie that we drew inspiration from for this trip! Our first day in the parks we will be "Disney Bounding" as Marlin and Dory! Finding Nemo the Musical is also a great show at Animal Kingdom. The first time I watched it I didn't like it, but now it has sort of grown on me and I love to see it every chance I get!

Luckily today Jeremy will be home tonight for his day off tomorrow! He is driving the 4 hours here then 4 hours back because he has to be right back at work on Friday morning! He did want to come home to see the doggies and me though! I bet we will go to Panera for dinner tonight in Wilmington! I also need to get my ears re-pierced because my holes grew up and I have some really cute earrings to wear this trip! It is getting so close!

Jeremy's Anniversary present arrived in the mail yesterday, and the last pieces of clothing we need for the trip should start arriving tomorrow! It is really getting close and the closer it gets the more excited and frantic I get!

15 Days!!
:cool1::cheer2::dance3::cheer2::cool1:

Good to hear that you enjoy Nemo. I have been a little disinclined to go and see it, it feels like giving up precious park time sometimes. Although will be seeing the new Lion King. lol. :confused3

15 days?! So close now! Wooohooo!

Also woohoo for Panera! :rotfl:

Yeah we do enjoy Nemo, it is definitely a strange show to watch at first...but like I said the more I saw it, the more it grew on me...if nothing it is definitely a nice place to cool off for half an hour in the hot summer :rotfl: There are a bunch of things we usually just don't do at AK, like Dinosaur...I HATE Dinosaur with a passion...LOL Most of the time we skip Kali River Rapids because in the summer the line is outrageous and I just don't really want to use a Fastpass for it. AK for us with the exception of EE and KS, is a slow type of park. We watch the shows, Flights of Wonder is one of my favorites at WDW! We do the Maharajah Jungle Trek and the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail if we have time, I love the little Naked Mole Rats...they are just adorable! :rotfl2: Jeremy loves the Lion King show, so we are excited to see the Harambe Nights version of it in July.

I know, it is getting so close, now it is 14 Days! pixiedust:

We totally ended up going to Panera after I got my ears pierced!

Went out into the garden this morning and picked 3 large Ronde de Nice squash, I am going to make some stuffed squash for dinner tonight for Jeremy's night off! I also invited my Dad over to eat one too!

Today we are at the 2 week mark until our trip!! Two weeks from today we will be on the road and driving toward Walt Disney World! So exciting! This morning we did another little cleaning thing that had been put off for a little while, we cleaned out the cabinets and got rid of anything out of date, etc.

During breakfast, and throughout the day today the movie for the countdown will be Lilo & Stitch!!

_MG_9643_zpse17e2c2d.jpg

We are going to be out in the yard and during our breaks we are going to come in take a rest and watch a little more of the film! Right now after breakfast we are at the point when Cobra Bubbles comes into the house for the first time and Lilo is using Voodoo to punish her "friends" :lmao:

I also looked up some of the tracking numbers and some of the pieces of our clothing are going to start showing up today! :dance3: I may even give you a peek and see if you can guess which outfits they will be for since you know which characters we are channeling this trip! Sort of like a matching game!:cheer2:

I ordered some nail polish the other day to make a custom Vanellope Von Schweetz inspired Magic Band to go with my Vanellope outfit I will be wearing on the last day of our Anniversary trip! I took a pink Magic Band I already had, and just used the nail polish to put one coat over the band! I think it turned out very schweet!

_MG_9658_zps27393fe7.jpg

Excited for some other outfit pieces to come in! So far today we got the belt for Jeremy's Prince Ferdinand look, I got the shorts for my Dory outfit, along with the nail polish for my Vanellope Magic Band! I wonder what will come in next!!

13 Days! 13 Days! Yippee! 13 Days!

Today is May 30th! Which means 13 days until we go on our trip, also Maleficent comes out today in theaters! With that in mind I wanted the movie of the day to go along with that! Which is why I am watching Sleeping Beauty today for my Movie Countdown!

_MG_9660_zps3663f05e.jpg

On another front I said before I had started to accumulate some things in our closet just to make sure they are accessible for when they need to be packed, the table is starting to get a little full now!

_MG_9661_zpsffcb5c18.jpg

Yesterday my dress came in, the one that I am wearing to V&A on the night of our Anniversary...ahhh...and it didn't fit!! Yikes!! I have not made a big deal of it, but during the countdown to Disney I have been watching what I eat and making better choices and so far I have lost 12 pounds as of today! Which I am pretty proud of. Unfortunately, I will probably gain it all back when we eat at Disney World! :lmao::lmao::lmao: So anyways back to the dress. I would not have had time to send it back and get another one, so I just went today to fix that situation!

There was only one problem. I ordered the dress from Nordstrom and the closest one to my house is 2 hours and 45 minutes away!! Eek!! So I got up this morning and drove up to Durham, NC and took back the first dress that didn't fit, and found a new dress which I liked even better and it was cheaper, so I am happy about that!! With dress in hand I stopped for lunch at, you guessed it, Panera Bread!! I am so predictable! Then drove the 2 hours 45 minutes back home!

_MG_9662_zpse11acb39.jpg

Dress is now safely tucked away in it's bag inside our closet! Jeremy isn't allowed to see it until our anniversary! Now I am going to be wearing Nude heels with it, I just can't decide which pair I want to wear??

_MG_9663_zpse62dce22.jpg

At least I have 13 days to decide, right?

I wish I had found your PTR before my last trip. We are pretty similar, it is kind of funny! I had this whole document for budgeting. I mean tax, tip, figured out what we were likely to eat at each restaurant... I think a lot of people would see that as a chore, but I thought it was so fun!!! This was the first trip I pre-planned outfits also, which gives you another thing to do while waiting for the days to creep by.

I also got Will to watch Beauty and the Beast before we left, and he thanked me later on because it does bring a richness and understanding to the experience (BoG dinner, Enchanted Tales...) when you have seen the movie!

We watched Sleeping Beauty last night and will see Maleficent tonight!

BTW, if you watch Cinderella and Sleepy Beauty back to back, you will hear a lot of familiar voices!!

Can't wait to read your trip report!! :yay:

I am glad I am not the only one who is a crazy budget lady! I am having so much fun putting all of these different outfits together! You are right...the days do seem to be creeping by!

I hope you enjoy Maleficent!! There have been lots of negative reviews of it, I usually like films that get bad reviews so I am not worried at all :rotfl2:

Thanks for coming over and reading my PTR! I can't wait to start the TR! Luckily I only have 12 more days to wait until the trip finally starts!

:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:
Dance Bananas Dance! Only 12 Days Left!

I am happy to report a box of clothing was delivered today! We now have the undershirt and shirt for Jeremy's Ralph outfit, the shirt for Jeremy's Bert ensemble, My shoes for my Mary Poppins and Snow White outfits, and lastly the camisole for my Vanellope outfit! I also went ahead and picked out our dinner clothing for the first night at Victoria & Albert's!

I have a black dress that I am planning on wearing that night and it had a little rhinestone brooch on it, well, I thought this time I might change it up a bit. I inherited a bunch of my Grandmother's jewelry when she passed a few years ago, and I am always trying to find places to wear the pieces. She went with me on my Make-A-Wish trip back in 1997 and so I like to have a little piece of her when we go to Disney World. So I took off that brooch that was on it, and added hers to the center.

_MG_9665_zps23f0cb3a.jpg

After I put it on there, I didn't understand why I had never thought to do it before, because I really like the way it looks on it! It really makes a statement I think! Also I looked through Jeremy's button-ups and decided on the black one with his gold tie to coordinate with what I am wearing. It's not like I picked it out and am making him wear it though, I took photos and texted them to him so he could choose :cool1: The suit decision for that night has not yet been decided though, although it will either be a light or dark gray suit, that you will have to wait and see though :thumbsup2 Here is how it looks as of the moment though for that night!

_MG_9667_zpsf0d7dc4b.jpg

The movie for the countdown tonight is a great one! Definitely one of my favorites! It has sort of become in instant classic to lots of people, us included! We are even planning on Disney Bounding as two of the characters from it on our trip in July! Drum roll please...TANGLED!! After dinner tonight, I will be sitting down and having a nice relaxing, maybe sad at some points, Tangled Movie Night!

_MG_9664_zps790460a0.jpg

I hope you are all having a great weekend! So much to do around here, we are still counting down everyday, not just to go to Disney World, but for our Anniversary, and Jeremy coming home from working so much this spring!!

Aww thanks for joining in!! Yeah...I may be just a tad excited...LOL

It is SUCH a small world!! We love it here in Southport! How funny that you are wearing a Provisions shirt! Now that makes me want to walk down there for some shrimp!! :yay::yay::yay:

Finally!! Right! I know, I know, I'm sorry that it has taken me this long to get another Puppy Post done. I still have one more after this one but hopefully it will be up pretty soon too though!

The next doggie I am going to show you guys is our one and only male dog. His name is Bear. Backstory on Bear. When Jeremy and I were engaged we had our eldest dog Saghani, my Mom and Dad had a dog named Holly. There was a lady my sister knew who found some puppies on the side of the road and was trying to find homes for them. That was maybe a month or so after we had gotten Saghani, so my Dad decided he would take one of the little puppies since they looked like Black Labs and Holly was a Yellow Lab. Well Bear grew and grew and eventually Saghani and Bear would play with each other, since they are about the same age, whenever they would watch Saghani if we went out of town. Long story short, Jeremy and I eventually moved into the house where my parents lived, they moved out of it, and since Saghani and Bear loved each other so much already we just kept him. He and Holly never really got attached to one another. So contrary to what everyone thought, Bear is actually a Black Lab/Chow mix. He is a BIG dog! He weighs in the neighborhood of 150 pounds. He is such a sweet boy, nowadays he plays with Quorra and they have a great time together. Other than that he loves to lay outside in the shade, or anywhere really...he is pretty lazy as dogs go! He is around 8 years old and we love him very much!! Another of his favorite activities is to play around in his little blue pool and "go fishing" as we call it, he scoops up water with his mouth kind of like a pelican would :rotfl2: It is really quite adorable actually!

11 Days To Go!
:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:

It has been a busy Sunday for me so far! This afternoon I got my yard clothes on and went outside and cut the front yard, and maybe 3/8 of the backyard with the push mower! I need to make sure I have stamina for Disney World right :rotfl2:

Now back inside to cool off for a bit, drink some water, sit in the A/C. I may even watch the next movie on my countdown!!

Today's movie is such a good movie it is ridiculous! Not only are we planning on wearing Disney Bound outfits representing two of the characters in this movie, but I also chose a song from the Soundtrack from it to be in my Vacation Video! Oh and right...my car is named after one of the characters! If you have read this PTR, you should know what it is!!

WRECK-IT RAPLH!!!!

All caught up!! I love your Schweetz band! So much fun and kinda perfect. I like that kind of nail polish but its such a pain in the *** to take off later. lol

Oh man, almost 6 hours round trip for the dress! But sounds like it was worth it. I did that once for a bridesmaid dress, just had to make sure I had the right music and snacks!

Congrats on the 12lbs! Soooo hard to lose weight. I'm doing the same for our trip in October but when we are there there is no holds bar and I know we'll end up putting on atleast 10lbs lol. Totally worth it though! ::yes::

Awww, I love your V&A outfits! You guys are going to looks so glamorous! Can't wait for the TR!

Puppy! He looks like a big softie. And what a way to inherit him. lol.

11 days!!!! :banana::banana::banana::banana:

You are TOTALLY right about that nail polish being hard to get off...I put it on one finger just to see what it looked like and I had to literally scrape it off with another fingernail after I soaked it with polish remover! :confused3

Yeah I am not holding my breath for keeping the weight off at Disney World, the only plus side is that I will be getting decent exercise walking around everywhere! popcorn::

Before I talk about Saghani and show you a photo of her, I want to preface this by saying...the reason that this puppy post has taken this long is because I have been trying to take a photo of her for a while! She is the craziest dog when it comes to someone following her around with her camera! She acts like a primitive Native who does not want their photos taken because it may take away their soul! Each time I would try and get a photo she would move and it would turn out blurry, or she would have her eyes closed like a person does. You will see for yourself when you see the photo I eventually decided to just go ahead and use because I am running out of days to post this :thumbsup2

Jeremy and I got Saghani together when we were engaged. She is now 8 years old and still a crazy girl! She is an Alaskan Malamute and full of personality! She has pretty golden eyes which you cannot see from this photo...doofus dog...originally she was a Daddy's girl BIG TIME, but now she has sort of become attached to me more, which I like :cheer2: She loves to play and chase balls in the backyard. During her younger days she was so agile that she used to JUMP over our fence and go around the neighborhood, which was HORRIBLE, so we had to get a privacy fence that she couldn't jump over. Nowadays she has calmed down a little, but we still have that privacy fence just in case! She definitely has a blast tearing up Quorra and Arya's little squeaky toys, she rips out the eyes first. If she sees a squirrel, she immediately goes psycho and chases it! SQUIRREL! She is the most loveable dog and it really a big, sweet, soft, cuddly, girl who loves to get in the bed in the morning and give us kisses...Luckily, we have a king size bed.

:jumping1:10 Days To Go!! :jumping1:

We are on the final day of double digits today! That makes me super happy! So in 10 days we will be heading down toward the Magical Walt Disney World. In 9 days, Jeremy will be home from out of town! Now that is definitely something worth counting down to!! :cheer2:

The news of the day is that we finally were able to upgrade Jeremy's phone. The best part is that it didn't cost us anything to do it which is great! He has had an iPhone 3G forever...so I went onto AT&T's website yesterday and ordered him an iPhone 4S, it has already been shipped and should arrive in plenty of time for him to take it on the trip with us!

I am still waiting on his Anniversary present to arrive via usps, as well as some stuff for my Vanellope outfit, and a headband for my Snow White ensemble. Today, my wristlet for my Snow White and Mary Poppins outfits is scheduled to get here by end of business day! So I should be able to add that to the packing pile!

Speaking of Snow White, since the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is now open, and I am going to be dressing as Snow White on one of our trip days, it is only fitting that they all be represented in the Movie Countdown as well! princess:

Which means that the movie for today's countdown is....

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

_MG_9706_zpsf0a78228.jpg

I wonder what movie tomorrow will be??? You will just have to come back to see! pixiedust:

Aww puppy! So Cute! Although disturbing that she rips the eyes out first in the squeaky toys! lol. So how do you pronounce Saghani? And where did the name come from?

Yay for new iPhone! I have a 4 and I'm ready to upgrade but want to wait to see when the iPhone6 is going to be out. But I may not be able to wait that long. lol. :scratchin

My guess for tomorrows movie is.....The Lion King!
