Grand Gatherings?

I remember this from awhile ago... do they still do the Grand Gatherings events? I remember special events you could sign up for (Illuminations dessert party, cruises, etc). We are planning a large family trip next October. There will be 20 of us but in 2 separate groups. Our trips will be overlapping for about 4 days. Some of us are going Saturday - Saturday, the others are going Thursday - Wednesday. We are hoping to meet up for MNSSHP one night and maybe one or two of the Grand Gathering events. Does anyone know where I can find out what's available (if this is even still done)? Do we need to book the trips all together to qualify?

Yes Grand gatherings is still available. We used it last August, simply called cro and they will get you started. Not sure about the overlapping days though. You'd have to check with them. We did the illuminations cruise and that was it. It was easy because they give you a seperate gg phone # and plan every thing with them.

We've done this a few times, we always have someone who can't stay the whole time, or comes in later. Just keep in mind that to participate in the GG events, they have to be staying at a Disney resort.
