Grand Gatherings Questions

Nevermind, I found the answers to my questions by doing a search.

Grand Gatherings are for groups of 8 or more people over the age of 3, and must not exceed 10 WDW resort rooms. If it requires more then that then you would be considered a group and would have to use their group sales division. It is done through Disney from my understanding and you will get a special reservation number and planning specialist. This enables you to do certain things like special breakfasts and dinners, fireworks cruises and Immuminations Dessert receptions. Each thing has to be booked ahead of time and costs anywhere from $35-$60 per adult and $20-$25 per child over 3. They will work hard to have you in rooms next to each other if you are all at the same resort and you will all get special buttons you can wear to indicate you are a grand gathering. We were a grand gathering on our last trip and didn't really take advantage of the extras primarily because we didn't want to pay the extra costs. The only thing we found it did for us was get our rooms together and some help in the ADR department. For infomation on the other extras I am sure someone else can help you out.
