Grand Gathering Questions

Do the grand gathering events all start at the same time or are they staggered like other meals?
Two, does the rate on the Disney website include tax and gratuity?

They only have certain days and times that they are offered (they are not offered on a daily bases). It's different for each park.
For the second question: I'm not positive, but I would say "no".

Also I don't know if you are aware of this, but you can book the GG events 180 days out.

Yep tax & tip are included. Each one is only one seating, and not offered every day.
We did the Tony's breakfast (9am) and the Illuminations dinner (7:30pm) and really enjoyed both!
