Grand Gathering Experience reservation help

Hello,

I missed that we should be booking our Grand Gathering experiences at 180 days out. (I guess i should have paid more attention to the board) We are going to be there Sept. 19-26 with our party of 8 and it seems that all the Grand Gathering experiences are booked for the time we are there, ugg. The one I really wanted was the Safari one. I was just wondering if anybody out there has any advise for getting a reservation. I plan to try to call everyday that I can until our trip to check for openings, but any other advise would be great.

Call back, call back, call back. Particularly right around the date where you either have to forfeit your deposit or pay in full.
We did the Tony's Breakfast and Illuminations dinner. For the Illuminations one we initially only got 8 seats and needed 20. My aunt called every day and did get the extra 12 seats one time.

Remember, these are pre-paid so you can't just make a ressie and not cancel. I'm sure people think they will have a group but people bail and then the whole group will cancel.

There is definitely hope, but you'll need to put in the effort.

CALL AND CALL AND CALL AGAIN!!!
Call each morning at 7 and ask you have nothing to lose and LOTS to gain...MANY people BOOK and then cancel at last moment they can, so truly, don't give up!!! CALL when on site...............

The same thing happened to us and we're going the SAME time as you. We just became a GG last week and they're totally booked Sept 18-25

Oh, well. We'll still have fun!

Same here. We decided too late and all Grand Gathering stuff is booked. But we got other stuff so are happy. I don't think I'd ever get all my family on board 180 days out.
