And DVC doesn't have a set limit on any of the properties that they definitely take one.

The price probably will be set by the seller not by DVC, people have gotten some in the $120/pp. We paid $145/pp on a 150 point contract. But every seller will have a different price their willing to let go of their contract for.

You are in the ballpark. I paid $141.50 for a 186 point fully loaded VGF contract earlier this year.

I think your goal should be getting the lowest price you can negotiate and worry about Disney taking it via ROFR afterwards unless it's a contract you feel you gotta have, in which case you may offer a bit more for it.

My contract was fully loaded as well, had 150 2015 banked points. The closer we get to the end of the year, owners might not want to pay MF's on points they won't use, be patient if you don't need the points right away.

My guess is ROFR is around the $60 pp delta, meaning Disney won't touch VGF until it is lower than $120 pp

I got my first fully loaded contract for $141 pp and my second a month later, which was loaded, for $122.29 a point ($128 and seller paid MFs).

I think the general consensus is one of the bigger brokers where you find the contract that meets your needs. There are several that list plenty of DVC contracts if you do a quick google search.
