grand floridian room themes -question

Some where I have read that each building at the Grand Floridian has a different theme--ie: Alice in Wonderland etc.--please let me know what they are---thanks

Hi Kim Marie,

DH & I stayed at the GF last year, in Big Pine Key. The theme there was Alice in Wonderland. It was nice.

I don't know about the other buildings. But someone will.

Hi.

You will find the Alice in Wonderland theme in Conch Key and Big Pine Key.

The Swan theme (Wind in the Willows - Mr. Toad) is found in Sago Cay.

The Floral theme (no hidden characters) is in Boca Chica.

Cameo theme (Sleeping Beauty) is found in the Main Building and Sugar Loaf Concierge.

I like the Alice theme! Even the toiletries were themed with Alice characters!!!!!!

Thanks so much--I knew someone would know!!! When I was looking at some pictures of the rooms I really did not like the dark blue room decor so I wanted to find out what the buildings themes were!! I have requested Conch Key --and I too like the Alice theme!!

Just so you know, the Alice theme rooms are painted and/or papered in shades of blue. However, the pictures don't do the rooms justice. They are very pretty in person. We stayed in Conch Key and the room was charming.
