Thanks! I hope we get some responses. I changed this title hoping the word LOBSTER will stand out! :rotfl:

DH had it on our last trip. He had originally thought to get something else b/c it sounded weird to him but our server persuaded him to get it. DH said it was AWESOME! DH is pretty picky about his burgers and this just seemed over the top to me (but I don't like lobster) but he went with it and was very glad he did.

DH said it's like eating steak and lobster, but much more reasonable. His only suggestion -- don't put ketchup on it.

DH also said he's ordering it when we go in 2009. First stop for dinner is GF Cafe.

Hope this helps.

Sounds good! Thanks for the reply. :)

I don't want any chocolate in my penaut butter!

This seems odd. I've cheeseburgers with bacon on them (haven't we all) and sometimes haven't been able to taste the bacon. And that's a much stronger flavour than lobster.

It is a little weird - I've never head of the combo before. I'm hoping someone has a pic to post! :flower3:

I've had the lobster eggs benedict for breakfast several times there and it is great - it comes with hollandaise sauce and the asparagus. I am wondering if they sort of add the lobster, asparagus and sauce part from breakfast to the burger? In any case, its my absolute favorite breakfast at WDW and I'd be happy to try it on a burger.

I had the exact Lobster burger in question this October at the GF Cafe. It was served uncooked in the middle. It was the last thing that I ate before I caught a virus. At first I swore that it was food poisoning, but when my son got sick and others in our hotel as well I figured that it was unrelated.

Nevertheless the burger came not fully cooked, and it was the last thing that I ate before getting sick. We will not be going back to the GF Cafe' anytime soon...

Wow, that's too bad I have heard such great reviews of GF cafe....

But that burger looks AMAAAAAAZING.

OMG - I LOVE to dip chocolate in peanut butter!!!!

That burger does not look or sound good to me though.

Had the burger back in July. YUMMY! It is large and very rich and can be a little messy if you eat it like a traditional burger. My sister and I split the burger so we could both order the soup...french onion and tomato basil. Both very good. It was our 1st time at the GF Cafe and we plan to make ADR's for our net trip. It gets a :thumbsup2 from me!

that's a substantial burger there!

sort of a modified "surf and turf" burger.

Best burger. Ever. My husband ordered this on our trip in February 2010 when we had dinner at the GF Cafe. We have purposely planned a repeat meal there on our trip next month (even though we're not at the Grand Floridian this time) just to have that burger.

Worth every penny...and every calorie!

I had this burger several trips ago, and it was soooooooooo good! I am also in love with the Grand Sandwich, so I have to alternate. Hey, I could go twice each trip........ :rotfl2:
