Grand Floridian Breakfast

Can someone tell me what characters are at the GF Breakfast? Also..how is the food and what is the best way to get from POP to there in the am? Take the bus to MK and jump on the monorail???

I had breakfast there several years ago and it was Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter, etc. I am a Mary Poppins fan, so I could have cared less about the others there LOL!!!!! We had a great time. I honestly don't remember the food, just Mary Poppins... =)

Not sure about getting there... we were staying at Carribean Beach that year, and i know we just used the buses, but dont remember details. The POP staff will be able to tell you for sure =)

I just saw photos online when I was searching for info about 1900 Park Fare and there was also Winne the Pooh and Tigger in the breakfast photos, along with Belle, Mary Poppins and the Mad Hatter.

1900 Park Fare breakfast is advertised as Mary Poppins and friends. We've been there when they've had the 100 Acre characters and also when they've had Alice, Mad Hatter, Pinnochio & Geppeto. Mary Poppins is usually situated right at the interior entrance of the restaurant and the other characters roam around inside. The buffet breakfast itself is delicious. I'm sorry I can't help with your transportation question, but taking a bus to the MK and then continuing on with the monorail sounds like a good idea.

This is the only place to which my DD has actually asked to go back - I wouldn't think she'd remember much about individual restaurants from our last trip, but she described the decor (and the food) in detail and says it's her favorite! When we were there in November, Mary Poppins and Bert greeted folks at the door, and Pooh, Tigger and Alice walked around the restaurant.
