I saw a post somewhere for the Grand Floridian Afternoon Tea and it looked liked something that would be fun to be for me and my mom. Does anyone have pictures of the food that is served at the Tea? Opinions of what anyone thinks/thought of it would be appreciated as well.

i dont have any pics but i did this with my mom and it was great
we did it three times and my mom even brought home scones and stuff on the plane for my step dad and my brother

OK here are some pictures of Afternoon tea.
ADR's are a must. ENJOY. It was wonderful fun.

English trifle and it is HEAVENLY. I believe they must use liquid sin to make it taste sooo good. :rotfl2:

The English Trifle at this tea is the best I've ever had. It is incredible!

It is nice, and we did it a few years ago. But, I don't know the answer to this: Is, it okay to ask for seconds on anything?

Okay, so can you tell me what it is?
It's pound cake soaked in usually bourbin(sp? can you tell I don't drink?) covered with a berry mixture (strawberry and blackberry) covered in real whipped cream. It is very good and when we good back I plan on having it again.

Everything is offered at a per piece price also so yes you can have seconds but you will pay for them.

We did the tea on our last trip as a surprise for my husband. It was fabulous! In fact my husband's number one request on our upcoming trip was to do the tea again. We are taking his parents and sister to it this time. If you are a light eater you can use this to sub for a late lunch or an early dinner. They have a special "tea" for kids too (chocolate milk) which my kids loved! Allears.net has the menu. :lovestruc
