Grand floridean construction

Hello all! My last trip to wdw was in October and i noticed gf was in major outdoor construction on pools and also spa n dining area. Anyone know the status of completion? I want to make it down in may but prefer staying somewhere that isn't under construction. Also, are there any other resorts having remodeling right now?
